Terms and Conditions

15% early bird discount applies to any booking made and paid in full before 10pm Friday 28th February 2025 for bookings up to 31st March 2025.

The offer is valid on bookings made at least 14 days in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Once confirmed by the village hall, bookings are eligible for a full refund 30 days before booking commences.
Minimum booking hire of 3hrs.

Any cancellations after this time are non-refundable and non-amendable.

Whats in the hall?

Abbots Bromley Village Hall offers a spacious Main Hall that can seat up to 140 guests, complete with an overlooking balcony. We also have a large reception foyer with a bar and kitchen facilities, perfect for events of all kinds. Additionally, we have two separate meeting rooms on the first floor, each with a seating capacity of 40 people, and with disability access available. The kitchen is fully fitted with double sink, worktops, commercial gas cooker, 2 fridges one with small integrated ice box, there is crockery and cutlery for 140 place settings.
