Terms and Conditions 

  • 15% early bird discount applies to any booking made and paid in full before 10pm Friday 28th February 2025 for bookings up to 31st March 2025. 

  • The offer is valid on bookings made at least 14 days in advance.  

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.  

  • Once confirmed by the village hall, bookings are eligible for a full refund 30 days before booking commences.

  • Minimum booking hire of 3hrs. 

  • Any cancellations after this time are non-refundable and non-amendable. 

  • Offer applies to new bookings only. 

Whats in the hall?

Abbots Bromley Village Hall offers a spacious Main Hall that can seat up to 140 guests, complete with an overlooking balcony. We also have a large reception foyer with a bar and kitchen facilities, perfect for events of all kinds. Additionally, we have two separate meeting rooms on the first floor, each with a seating capacity of 40 people, and with disability access available. The kitchen is fully fitted with double sink, worktops, commercial gas cooker, 2 fridges one with small integrated ice box, there is crockery and cutlery for 140 place settings.
